Dr Lamb adopts a patient-centred approach, tailoring surgical strategies to individual needs. He discusses the benefits and risks of various techniques, such as nerve-sparing, bladder neck sparing, urethral sparing, and Retzius-sparing, to enhance recovery and maximise cancer clearance.
